Choosing The Burrow Floors
We've made up for giving so little thought to the floors of our old homes, y'all. If you missed our last article on Burrow design choices, be sure to click below:In this article, I revealed the whole house design plan we are looking for, the flooring line we use and why, and I revealed the two flooring colors we were looking at: Sweetgrass and Cottonfield. He liked that he had dimension and age, but was a bit closer to the color we had in the past which was a bit more "expected".

I'm in love, y'all. I know some of you were worried about lighter floors showing dirt, but with what I've read and seen the color variation they have, I'm not terribly worried about that. We've had a little darker than that (more tan) at super dark chocolate and the darker always showed more for us (dust, but mostly all the scratches!). I can't quite explain why I'm so drawn to this, but my instincts just tell me, "Yeah, I can't try this." That's how I felt about Cottonfield immediately, y'all.
